Clinic Update

The COVID-19 pandemic is not over. In Oxford and around the country, communities continue to see a rise in patients contracting the disease. This means we must take precautions.

To protect our patients and our team's health and safety, Lafayette Pediatric Clinic is continuing to update our procedures based on the best recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Mississippi State Department of Health. We are also strictly adhering to state and local ordinances.

Our current policies include:

  • Our current walk-in clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8-9 a.m. Just pull in to our parking lot and call the office to let us know you're here.

  • We continue to schedule well-child visits and sick visits at different periods of the day.

  • Only one healthy caregiver may accompany a child to an appointment. We also ask that no siblings come along for visits unless they, too, have an appointment.

  • When you arrive for your visit, we ask that you wait in your car and call our office to check-in.

  • Before entering the building, a staff member will take your temperature and ask a series of pre-screening questions.

  • All adults and children ages five and up who enter the building must wear a mask. All of our staff will also be wearing masks while in the clinic.

  • Our team will continue to clean and sanitize the clinic multiple times each day.

We encourage everyone to practice social distancing, wear masks while in public and wash hands frequently. As always, we're here if you need us 24/7 by phone at (662) 236-3939, or through the message form on our contact page.
