Anne Kristen Glaser, D.O.

Pediatrician

For Dr. Anne Kristen Glaser, being a pediatrician combines all the fascinating parts of medicine with all the fun of working with kids. She is committed to providing a continuity of care to each of her patients and loves helping them grow into healthy and happy adults. Dr. Glaser joined Lafayette Pediatric Clinic in 2022. Before that, she received her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Tulane University and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from William Carey University. Dr. Glaser completed her pediatric residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She lives in Oxford with her husband, Jon, and two daughters.

Courtney Baker, MA

Medical Assistant

Courtney joined Lafayette Pediatric Clinic in 2020 and wears many hats at the clinic. She can often be found helping patients at the front desk, assisting Dr. Fitts as a scribe or working with the nurses as a medical assistant. In 2013, Courtney received her associate's degree in healthcare data technology and hopes to become a nurse one day. Courtney enjoys spending time with loved ones and friends, reading and Bible study, and being with her daughter Layla Rose.

Kesha Harris

Front Desk Receptionist

Kesha is from Oxford, Mississippi, and has been with Lafayette Pediatric Clinic since 2024. She enjoys greeting patients and their families each day and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Kesha’s favorite part of her role is helping families feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, cooking, and shopping online.

Sherra Lewis

Front Desk Receptionist

Sherra is from Abbeville, Mississippi, and has been part of the Lafayette Pediatric Clinic team since 2023. She takes pride in making sure patients are well cared for and satisfied with their experience from the moment they walk in. In her free time, Sherra enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and being with her children, Sherriah and Derek.

Beth Morrison, MA

Medical Assistant

Beth is originally from Austin, Texas, and joined Lafayette Pediatric Clinic in 2025. She enjoys helping children—whether it’s during a routine check-up or a sick visit—and finds it rewarding to support families during all kinds of appointments. Outside of work, Beth loves spending time outdoors, catching up with friends, and staying connected with her family back in Texas.

Kevin Parks, MA

Medical Assistant

Kevin is from New Albany, Mississippi, and joined Lafayette Pediatric Clinic in 2025. He finds it rewarding to help children through medical care and enjoys the hands-on nature of his work, especially assisting Dr. Fitts. Kevin loves meeting new people and, outside of the clinic, spends his time hunting, fishing, gardening, and working in his yard.

Shelaine Rogerson, LPN

Nurse

Shelaine is originally from St. Joseph, Michigan, and has been part of the Lafayette Pediatric Clinic team for two years. She loves working in pediatrics, where no two days are ever the same. One of her favorite parts of the job is watching babies grow—from those first early visits to taking their first steps and saying their first words. She also enjoys building relationships with older children, making every day at the clinic both fun and rewarding. In her free time, Shelaine enjoys working out, playing with her dogs, and researching veterinary medicine.

Crystal Wiley, MHA

Practice Administrator

Crystal is a native of Clarksdale, Mississippi, and currently resides in Jonestown with her husband, son, and dog. She earned her Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Walden University in 2012 and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Healthcare Administration degree at the same institution.

Crystal enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping, cooking, and helping others. She is the owner of Chrissy’s Kitchen, LLC and Believe in YourSELFIE, LLC.

Crystal combines her passion for healthcare and leadership in her role as Practice Administrator. Her desire to help others runs deep in her family, and she believes becoming an administrator has enabled her to use her skills to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She is motivated to create more efficient and effective systems that deliver high-quality pediatric care, improve morale, and enhance patient satisfaction.
